About the Role
Job description:
- Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC registered).
- Solid understanding of construction methods, project implementation, and engineering plans.
- Experience in site supervision, quality control, safety protocols, and progress monitoring.
- Skilled in quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and preparation of progress billing and project reports.
- Knowledgeable in local construction codes, and permitting process.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to work with field staff, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Willing to be assigned at project sites and able to work under pressure or tight deadlines.
- Good working attitude, team player, and not difficult to work with (has a positive mindset).
- Preferably residing along CAMANAVA area
