About the Role
Authorities and Responsibilities
- Act as primary customer contact, and provide technical support and regular updates to customers on project development in a timely manner.
- Communicate and coordinate with clients and relevant parties pertaining to the technical requirements and engineering aspects of the assigned projects.
- Review, prepare, administer and implement Quality Assurance Plans, Inspection Test Plans and other operational procedures in accordance with the project specifications, client’s surveillance requirements, and good manufacturing/engineering practices; enforce the same on operations during project execution.
- Provide expertise and advisory support to ensure operations effectively and responsibly execute, and consistently maintain quality workmanship and conformance to design and project specifications, and good manufacturing/engineering practices.
