About the Job

• Site Leadership: Direct day-to-day site operations, managing sub-contractors, labor, and plant resources to ensure high-rise progress meets the master schedule.
• Technical Oversight: Review architectural/structural drawings, identify RFI (Request for Information) requirements, and resolve technical discrepancies on-site.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict DOSH/OSHA standards, conduct safety inductions, and ensure all high-risk work (cranage, scaffolding, formwork) is permitted and secure.
• Quality Control: Conduct inspections and oversee QA/QC procedures to ensure structural integrity and architectural finishes meet project specifications.
