About the Role
- Oversee Injection Molding new project activities.
- Liaise and deliver Customers' business requirements, products specifications, qualification, trial and delivery expectation for new models.
- Co-ordinate internal resources to meet Customers' expectations on project plan.
- Reviews and manage program plan to determine time frame, funding requirements, asset management, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program. Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets. Monitor and track that project and program deliverables are met.
- Maintain close and good relationship with existing customer & develop new market opening & grow business with existing customer.
- Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues especially new project.
