Project Engineer

Rompa Mexico is looking for a Project Engineer to lead the implementation of manufacturing processes, coordinate new project launches, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to ensure the successful execution of customer programs.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead physical implementation of manufacturing processes.

• Participate in APQP, PPAP, tooling follow-up, and validations.

• Coordinate timelines and communication with customers.

• Prepare and maintain complete APQP documentation.

• Work closely with Production, Maintenance, Tooling, Quality, and Engineering.

Requirements

• Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related degree.

• 3+ years in automotive manufacturing, process, or program launches.

• Knowledge in plastic injection, APQP, PPAP, Core Tools, and GD&T.

• Intermediate–Advanced English.

• Willingness to travel.
