Project Engineer

About the Role:

• Develop and implement project plans, including scope, objectives, schedules, and KPI deliverables in collaboration with the Operations Manager.

• Demonstrate experience in project and service budgeting, with a strong understanding of strategic cost structure requirements.

• Follow the M-A-P-E process and actively participate in daily scheduling meetings to develop and maintain accurate project schedules.

• Manage operational workforce requirements, including rosters, leave, and timesheets, and oversee personnel and subcontractor hours, including non-billable time.

• Provide technical support to staff, subcontractors, and clients as required

• Identify and implement opportunities to improve operational efficiency and project performance.
