Project Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION

PRE-CONSTRUCTION

• Prepares project budget and project schedule to be presented to management.
• Conducts project bidding and recommends final awarding of contract packages.
• Manages securing of necessary permits prior Construction.
• Coordinates with mall personnel and project client for endorsement and possession of project area.
• Checks and reviews engineering drawings from EDD Design and conducts site inspection prior to project implementation.

CONSTRUCTION

• Monitors daily project accomplishment, inventory of materials and manpower.
• Prepares purchase requisition forms (PR) with accurate quantities and ensures timely delivery of owner supplied materials (OSM's).
• Updates and consolidates all construction-related documents (e.g. Owner Instruction slip, Change order forms, Design Change Notice, Task Tracker, Visual Diary, etc.).
