Project Engineer

Make It With Pride.****How You Will Contribute**In this role, you will lead a portion of the Project Engineering agenda within Norway and oversee specific areas of the Site strategy, aligning with site compliance, productivity, and development objectives. You will develop and implement multiple projects across the site,Your responsibilities will include:* Collaborate with key stakeholders to define and deliver technical and capital plans during the development phases of investment projects, ensuring budget and timeline control and appropriate technical solutions.* Project scope could cover many areas but especially mass making, moulding & forming processes, packaging, palletising and site infrastructure & utilities planning.* Concurrently manage a portfolio of projects (upwards of $1-2MM/annum) with local teams during the complete project cycle.
