Project Engineer

Job Description :

• Assists the Engineering Manager by coordinating with design teams, production, procurement, and quality control to ensure project specifications and schedules are met.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and documentation to ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with marine classification societies (e.g., ABS, DNV, BV) and regulatory bodies (e.g., Marine Department Malaysia).
• Monitor progress and prepare regular status reports, identifying potential risks or delays and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Monitor quality assurance checks with QA/QC at various project stages, including fabrication, outfitting, and sea trials.
• Verify and review BOM to ensure the project tasks and items are mapped accordingly within the required timeline to achieve project milestone.
