Job Description (Including But Not Limited To The Following)

• Prepare master development programme and ensure individual task to be completed according to schedule.
• Prepare feasibility study, cash flow, market study and pricing proposal.
• Ensure layout and design comply to Company guidelines, planning guidelines, UBBL and CONQUAS construction good practice.
• Coordinate on layout, infrastructure, SIFUS, strata and building plan preparation and submission.
• Ensure quality of tender drawings and coordinate on tender drawing and tender documents preparation.
• Conduct checking on S&P plans and specification.
