Job Scopes
- Develop detailed project plans that outline tasks, timelines, deliverables.
- Coordinate with stakeholders (including management, production and quality team) to define project scope and specifications.
- Monitor and control project progress, adjusting as necessary to stay within timelines and budgets.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered according to specifications and meet quality standards.
- Liaise with procurement team to ensure all necessary materials, equipment and resources are sourced and delivered on time.
- Provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders and resolve any issues that arise.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
- Prepare and report regular project progress to Production Manager.
