Project Engineer

The role involves managing MEP quantity surveying and billing activities, including quantity takeoff, bill certification, assisting in tendering and estimation, and supporting planning for high-rise residential projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed quantity survey and quantity takeoff for MEP works.
• Prepare and certify bills related to MEP installations and works.
• Assist in tendering, estimation, costing, and preparing comparison statements.
• Coordinate with planning teams; support project scheduling and progress tracking for MEP activities.
• Interact with site execution teams to validate quantities and ensure alignment with drawings and specifications.
• Support documentation, reporting, and audit requirements for MEP billing and QS.
