Project Engineer HVAC

Responsibilities & Duties (80%)

• Create product specification plans and documentation based on the requests as provided by the customer or Sales team.
• Provide internal and external technical support to customers to clarify specification issues and support the successful project completion.
• Develop project solutions according to the standard framework, ensuring quality, efficiency, and appropriate timescale of the project in coordination with the Sales Engineers.
• Create and ensure appropriate project documentation and information management in the relevant internal and external systems.
• Supervise all customer orders with regards to technical firm to the project definition, as identified in the design phase of the projects, to avoid after sales issues.
• Suggest, develop and maintain appropriate tools to improve the pre‑sales support and documentation.
