About the Role
We're seeking a Project Engineer with an engineering background to deliver capital projects within a manufacturing environment. This role is hands-on, structured, and focused on equipment installation, automation, and production improvement.
Key Projects
* Installation of a new production line
* Production line upgrade - design and installation of a robotic depalletising system
The Role
* Deliver engineering projects from scope to handover, ensuring time, cost, and quality control
* Manage formal project change control, risk, and project governance
* Coordinate suppliers, contractors, and internal engineering teams
* Lead project gate reviews and report against KPIs
* Maintain site layouts, drawings, and technical documentation
* Resolve issues using root cause analysis in a live production environment
What We're Looking For
* 3-5 years' experience delivering engineering or manufacturing projects
