Responsibilities
- Plan, manage and control construction productivity, progress and quality
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks
- Supervise admin manpower, material and equipment planning and allocation
- Supervise and coordinate all subcontractors works including off-site production
- Identify, document and seek approval for changes to project scope
- Attend weekly construction and safety meetings
- Prepare weekly progress reports and look ahead
- Join regular safety audits in conjunction with HSE team
- Assist LGU/PEZA permitting & approvals process
