U-Haul International Inc. is seeking an experienced commercial Project Engineer for new multi-story self-storage projects and building reuse. The ideal candidate must be capable of preparing construction budgets, reviewing and assist cost estimating and project scheduling. Assist project owner’s representative to resolve RFI’s with contractors, architects, and engineers. Must be familiar with cast and place concrete, tilt panel construction, metal framing, standing seam metal roof and pre-engineered metal buildings.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
+ Coordination with owner’s representatives, contractors, architects/engineers and city officials
+ Project tracking, scheduling, on-site inspections, and project close-out
+ Experience with Microsoft programs, Teams, Project, Excel, etc
+ Some travel required
