Project Engineer

Opportunity

Under the supervision of the Project Specialist, this position reports to the continuous improvement coordinator (CIC) and is responsible for updating material changes, determining standard costs, maintaining SAP & VIS information updates, and keeping Quality, Production, and Materials informed via electronic media. The role supports activities and continuous improvement projects aimed at achieving efficiency, productivity, and reducing waste and cost.

Work Mode: Onsite.

Location: Juarez, Nuevo León.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for VIS activities: create plate, parts, cross reference, mold number, and assign mold number to plates; also manage defects creation and changes.


• Add part numbers of materials to the inspection plans.


• Create routings, rework BOM, and production versions.


• Audit and correct master data findings.
