Project Engineer

RWE Clean Energy, LLC To start as soon as possible, full time, permanent Functional area: Engineering; Power Plants; Project Development; Project Management Remuneration: Exempt The Project Engineer is responsible for designing 5-20MW photovoltaic solar systems, including systems paired with Battery Energy Storage (BESS), solar-only, or BESS-only projects. They will work within the Project Engineering & Execution team to deliver high-quality, cost-effective designs, continually improving company standards. Secondary duties include reviewing engineering designs, modeling, and performance data from external partners and team members, documenting due diligence, and protecting the company from errors and omissions. Once a project is contracted, the engineer will smoothly transfer project details to the Project Manager and support construction as needed.
