About the Role

Responsibilities
 include: Communicate with learning facilitators to ensure the delivery timeline of both online and offline learning activities are met.
Support the administration of online learning activities, such as online forum discussion, self-paced learning activities and post-workshop learning evaluations.
Operate online learning workshops efficiently to ensure the overall delivery platform technicality are functioning based on workshops’ requirement.
Support the team in tracking the active level of participation from the participants.
Coordinate with learning facilitators team, clients and printing vendors to ensure that materials for classroom sessions are prepared and delivered on time.
Communicate and coordinates remotely onsite program logistics requirement with the client including set up and break down of meeting rooms and AV equipment, and scheduling of special events and client activities.
