About the Role
Project Document Controller Role:
The Project Document Controller is responsible for the end-to-end project management of DG set SITC jobs, ensuring projects are executed in alignment with the contract scope, cost, specifications, and timelines. This includes documentation, coordination with stakeholders (internal and external), vendor management, and commercial operations to ensure successful project delivery and closure.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning & Scope Management
Review and vet the scope of work, technical specifications, and contractual terms
Deviation approval if required to be obtained from customer through Marketing Team.
Complete Execution of project within stipulated timeline and Budget.
Prepare a detailed project execution plan covering timeline, resource planning, procurement, and cost estimates.
Define project milestones, deliverables, and acceptance criteria.
