Project Director

An international digital infrastructure developer is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the delivery of large-scale hyperscale data centre developments in Finland.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for full lifecycle project execution from pre‑construction through commissioning and handover. The Project Director will oversee design, procurement, construction, commercial performance, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring safe, on‑time, and on‑budget delivery of mission‑critical facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of hyperscale data centre projects (€100M+).
• Manage EPC / Design & Build contractors and consultant teams.
• Oversee budget control, cost forecasting, risk management, and change control.
