Dornan are currently recruiting for a Project Director to work on a Hyperscale Data Centre project in Belgium.
This exciting new role will oversee construction on a hyperscale Data Centre and will report to the Business Unit Director.
About you.
10-15 years’ experience in senior construction positions High project value experience (€100M+), ideally having worked on Hyperscale Data Centres Qualified in Electrical or other Construction discipline Excellent stakeholder management and people management skills About the role
Develop business plan, cost control system, cash flow and billable schedules for the project Produce procurement plan, drawing / design plan, construction programme, s-curve and histogram.
