About the Role
- Understand project-related technical concepts, architecture, structure and associated disciplines, and apply this knowledge to accelerate project planning and design development deliverables.
- Foster effective communication across functional departments and coordinate with key stakeholders in the property development lifecycle.
- Lead the design development stage from initiation through to completion.
- Translate conceptual design into practical, buildable solutions that meet project specifications on quality, cost-effectiveness and timelines.
- Drive the team to ensure all project milestones and deadlines are achieved.
- Lead design coordination meetings and consistently review design details across all drawings and submissions by the consultant team.
