Project Development Manager

The Project Development Manager will be in charge of the development and management of real estate projects including but not limited to:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Providing strategic direction, oversight, and guidance in the conceptual planning and execution of technical and financial feasibility studies for pipeline projects.
• Leading project approvals and securing management endorsements and investments.
• Ensuring the financial health and profitability of projects through effective budget planning, monitoring, and cost control
• Overseeing project implementation, milestone achievement, and risk management to ensure timely and successful delivery
• Fostering strong collaboration and alignment with Project Delivery, Commercial Strategy, Operations, Estate Development, Strategy & Investments Finance, other Corporate Shared Units (CSUs), and external stakeholders.
