Manage development projects end-to-end, including feasibility studies, design strategy, and evaluation for executive decision-making.

Coordinate consultants and liaise with authorities to secure timely planning, building, and infrastructure approvals.

Review and value-engineer all consultant submissions (drawings, specifications, BOQs) to ensure designs are practical, compliant, and cost-effective.

Monitor construction progress to ensure quality compliance with approved plans, specifications, and delivery timelines.
