Project Development Executive
• Lead project permitting activities—including LGU coordination, regulatory submissions, and compliance with national and local standards
• Manage the end-to-end project development lifecycle, from site identification and feasibility assessment to pre-construction turnover
• Conduct due diligence, risk assessments, and project evaluation for new and existing solar opportunities
• Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, legal, finance) and external stakeholders (LGUs, landowners, government agencies)
• Support land acquisition, right-of-way, and community relations initiatives
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and documentation
• Maintain strong relationships with government partners, ensuring seamless approvals and regulatory alignment
