H&C Construction LLC, a U.S.-based residential remodeling company, is seeking a Project Developer to develop residential remodeling projects from design stage through technical documentation, ensuring proposals are viable, detailed, and ready for execution.

We are looking for a structured and technically strong professional in Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields with 2–3 years of experience in remodeling or architectural design. Advanced English proficiency (100% required) is essential, as this role involves communication with U.S.-based clients and internal teams.

The mission of this role is to develop technically sound remodeling proposals, prepare complete documentation, and ensure seamless coordination before project handoff to Project Management.
