Project Design Engineer

Overview

Project Design Engineer responsible for designing industrial ovens, dryers and thermal processing equipment. The role supports projects from concept through to commissioning, developing bespoke engineering solutions and ensuring designs meet performance, safety and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design industrial ovens, dryers and thermal processing equipment to meet customer specifications and industry standards.
• Produce 2D and 3D engineering drawings using AutoCAD, fabrication drawings, P&IDs and technical documentation.
• Generate Bills of Materials and support procurement activities for project delivery.
• Provide technical support throughout fabrication, assembly, testing and commissioning phases.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification.

Benefits

Salary up to £40,000.
