Project Delivery Manager, HVAC

What You Will Do
The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful execution of the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) and BMS (Building Management System) scope within the Greenbelt Project. This role involves managing all phases of the project lifecycle—planning, execution, monitoring, and close-out—ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards.

How You Will Do It

• Lead and manage the HVAC and BMS scope of the Greenbelt Project from initiation to completion.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets aligned with client requirements and company objectives.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and quality execution.
