Project Costing Engineer

Key Responsibilities
Cost estimation: collaborate with operation to accurately estimate project costs within the set due date, encompassing materials, labour, lead time, and manufacturing feasibility based on the project specifications; Highlight the project risks to operation at earliest; and ensure Subject Matter Experts and customer input are utilized in the costing process.
Customer liaison: Interact with internal/ external customers to provide them with transparent and detailed quotations for local and international manufacturing projects; maintain a positive customer experience throughout the quotation and technical review cycle.
Team collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless job handover to order fulfilment team; assist the order fulfilment team to understand the as-quoted scope of supply; participate in the kick-off meetings, hand-off meetings, and phase gate meetings to coalesce strategies into actions; and identify stakeholders and an...
