**Position Summary**
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Responsible for order entry in our ERP system while confirming all details are correct for each order
- Submitting item setup requests and creating and organizing folders for all new orders as they are sent in by the sales teams
- Prepare various customer-specific templates for orders including but not limited to packing instructions, price tickets and carton labels
- Retrieve production samples from the warehouse and prepare them for shipment to buyers and sales teams which includes creating packing slips and FedEx labels and updating the sample tracker
- Handle various other data entry and tasks specific to the customer(s) you are working with
- Communicate with team members and other departments in a professional and concise manner
