Our client is a large recognized leader in the event/exhibit marketing and design industry. They have been in operation for more than 25 years and have worked with Fortune 500 clients such as GSK, Johnson & Johnson, Rogers, Boehringer Ingelheim, RBC and many more.
They are seeking to add a Project Coordinator to their dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage project timelines
- Oversee budgets and resources to ensure successful execution of brand activations and marketing campaigns
- Communicate directly with clients to provide updates on projects
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams in order to provide timely updates on project status
- Track projects progress and ensure all deliverables are met on time
