Position title: Project Coordinator/Sr. Governance Analyst
Location: Downtown Toronto (Hybrid – 3 days per week)
Duration: 6 months (extendable)
Job Purpose
The PCO role will provide support Program Management Office (PMO) in compliance and alignment to our client’s processes and methodologies. This primarily includes reporting and portfolio analysis, change and performance improvements, financial management including tracking, monitoring and processing of invoices, reporting on project and portfolio health by providing financial insights, document and communication management duties at the program or project level, and providing support to SA&I adding and removing system access for contract employees. This role is accountable to provide support to the Project Management team and is expected to be familiar with Project Management Frameworks.
