Job Description

As an integral member reporting to the Senior Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Redevelopment plays a key role in supporting major upcoming redevelopment projects and managing and optimizing the physical environment across Mackenzie Health’s facilities. This position supports long-term capital planning activities such as the upcoming Master Plan/Master Programming work the organization is undertaking to build on its recent achievement of opening the Cortellucci Vaughan Hospital. The core focus of this role is the coordination and management of day-to-day tasks associated with major redevelopment projects, such as maintaining accurate records of and line of sight to decisions, documentation, and processes to ensure internal and external stakeholders remain aligned, focused, and organized throughout complex planning cycles.
