Project Coordinator

At the Penticton BC office, the Project Coordinator will ensure that all job files are up to date and the data within our software tools is accurate. The PC also ensures all necessary documentation for each job is complete, available, and saved where needed, along with ensuring that communication is done effectively and timely with the Insurance Adjusters who we work with, the customers, and the staff. Where necessary the PC also ensures that the communications are documented as required. The Project Coordinator also helps the Project Managers and Estimators achieve their goals. All responsibilities for a Project Coordinator may vary depending on the Project Manager, Supervisor and skills/workload.
