Operations
· Ensures 100% manpower deployment on all sites handled
· Coordinate Activities and updates of personnel to clients site supervisor
· Implement policies, memos and program to assigned area
· Ensures effective customer service and SLA Compliance
· Site Audit and compliance monitoring
People Management
· Supervises manpower of area handled
· Conducts performance evaluation and recommendation
· Motivate and counsel manpower if needed
· Act as the point person of employees and client's supervisors within the assigned area
Others
· Assists in recruitment if needed
· Prepare operations update and report
· Performs other functions as may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time
