About the Role

Job Description
Our client, a reputable electrical contractor, is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join their growing team in a permanent position. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting the delivery of commercial electrical projects from start to finish. 

This is an on-site position, located in Ottawa, ON.Responsibilities:Coordinate projects to ensure timelines and budgets are met
Manage documentation including RFIs, change orders, shop drawings, and closeouts
Support procurement by evaluating vendor quotes and managing material deliveries
Track job site progress and ensure project compliance with contract specs
Use AutoCAD and BIM tools to assist with design layouts and as-built documentation
Maintain accurate project records and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
