Project Coordinator - Nuclear

We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to support large-scale maintenance, outage, and industrial projects within the Nuclear power generation sector.

• Hybrid work arrangement (mainly remote, only onsite at the site during outage work)
• Canadian nuclear security clearance holder wanted

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting project schedules, reporting, documentation, and coordination activities
• Working closely with engineering, field services, operations, procurement, and quality teams
• Assisting with outage planning, maintenance coordination, inspections, and equipment overhauls
• Tracking project milestones, risks, materials, action items, and deliverables
• Supporting cost tracking, schedule updates, and project reporting
• Coordinating meetings and communication between multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
