Job description:

1. Deployment check: Making sure deployment is done properly.

2. Advisors’ attendance: Ensuring all advisors go to the client on time.

3. Weekly follow-up: Following up with each advisor on their work every week.

4. Monthly objective: Each advisor has a monthly objective they do and send to the client. She’s the one who checks that it’s correct and complete.

5. System ownership: She manages a system herself, so the person must be skilled at using multiple systems.

6. Utilization: She’s responsible for utilization rates.

7. Resource allocation: Putting the right person with the right client.
