About the Role
3- 5 years of experience in operations scheduling/ operations support/ project coordination.
Previous Electronic Security Installation coordination experience for: Access Control Systems, CCTV / Video Surveillance, Intrusion / Alarm Systems
Travel to commercial and large construction sites as required
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of construction permits and licensing requirements is considered nice to have, not mandatory.
- Healthcare project experience is considered an asset
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule technicians and ensure projects are completed on time
- Work closely with Project Managers and field teams
- Communicate with customers throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate subcontractors and track site activities
- Manage equipment orders, documentation, and project close-out
