• Conduct Housekeeping/Janitorial second interview and screening the applicant/s based on CSI QUALITY STANDARD QUALIFICATION.
• Recommend Housekeeping/Janitorial training that CSI may invest on to enhance and increase the competency of CSI as Housekeeping/Janitorial provider.
• Ensure Housekeeping/Janitorial training modules and procedures are up to date for the competitive advantage of CSI.

SALES SUPPORT

• Conduct site inspection to survey and recommendation applicable Housekeeping/Janitorial Cleaning Supplies. Tools and Equipment for proposal and cost analysis making.
• Conduct site inspection to survey and recommend applicable number of Housekeeping/Janitorial personnel; and create effective Plantilla – Time and motion, Area of Assignment and Cleaning Frequency on Daily, Monthly Quarterly, Semi-Annual and Annual.
