Project Coordinator -Learning and Development - 57007

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Learning & Development (L&D) Professional to support the deployment of large-scale corporate learning programs. This role is a unique blend of program coordination, data analysis, and executive storytelling. You will act as a key support to the Lead Learning Solution Architect (LSA), ensuring the seamless execution of quarterly leadership initiatives and complex learning solutions across multiple business lines.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who excels at juggling multiple priorities, thrives in a collaborative team environment, and possesses the analytical eye needed to turn raw data into meaningful insights for executive leadership.

Location: Toronto, ON (Downtown)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (4 days onsite, Thursdays are Anchor Days)
Contract Duration: 1 Year (Contract with potential for extension or permanent conversion)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
