The job

(key accountabilities)

• Is a member of the Project delivery team
• Interface with Internal/external stakeholder and manage conflict/Issue on an ongoing basis
• Coordinate Project Management activities
• Monitor Project progress and handle any issues
• Act as point of contact and communicate project status to stakeholders
• Manage Change Management for Project and play functional coordinator role to ensure all critical changes are planned and stakeholders are updated in a timely manner
• Produce MIS Reporting /Dashboard for Delivery teams
• Produce team contributions in SharePoint / Confluence /Jive tools
• Regular communication to internal/external stakeholders using multiple Channels
