Summary
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for providing overall administrative and technical expertise required support to a large scale construction project.
Primary Scope Of Role
PROJECT PLANNING AND COORDINATION
- Support the Superintendent and Project Manager in planning and implementing schedules, determining manpower levels, material quantities, inspections, equipment, and requirements are maintained.
- Advice on potential problems, work interferences, and schedule difficulties and assist in resolving these problems.
- Interfaces with project team, subcontractors and related third parties.
SITE SUPERVISION AND SAFETY
- Assist the Superintendent in managing work on-site to ensure the compliance of construction with the drawings and specifications.
