About the Role
- Assist Engineers and Technicians in creating and development of Project Gantt Chart/S-curve. MS project and other tools can be used for project scheduling.
- Assists newly on boarded engineers and Technicians in the request of their working tools such as Laptop, personal working funds, PPE and other necessary tools.
- Daily Monitoring of project site work accomplishments of Systems division. Call every engineer or PMs for daily reporting of their work accomplishment.
- Create, consolidate, and maintain the updates of Project Progress Report and later to be signed and acknowledged by the clients project representative.
- Ensure Monthly Progress reports are signed by clients project representative and submit timely to Accounts Receivable team for billing purposes.
- Monitor the attendance/performance of the manpower.
- Organize/Manage the tools and equipment borrowers request and attachments of these divisions.
