About the Role

What is the Opportunity?
 As part of Aecon’s Utilities sector, the Aecon Utility Engineering (AUE) team plays a pivotal role in supporting construction through in-house engineering expertise.
We are seeking a Project Coordinator, Design to support our Hydro design team. This role is essential for ensuring project deliverables - the accuracy, on time, and aligned with client expectations through dedicated administrative and quality assurance support.
What You'll Do Here:
Support designers by organizing project documentation and preparing GCF packages. Perform rigorous QA/QC reviews on all deliverables to ensure they meet internal standards and utility requirements prior to client submission

Monitor project milestones and attainment metrics to ensure timely delivery

Prepare invoice requests based on completed milestones and maintain accurate project databases, folders, and shared drives
