Project Coordinator

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

I. POSITION SUMMARY:

This position reports to the Operations Team Lead and works closely with other members of the Sales-Operations team of the assigned sales region. This is an entry staff level position at dataSpring, working to ensure that superior client service is delivered.

II. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Sales-Operations Tasks:

Performs bidding to project management tasks of sample only projects under the supervision of the Operations Team Lead

Evaluates cliens request against dataSprings capability to supply sample and provide other appropriate services, and prepares full quotation and proposal accordingly

Identifies issues, manages scope, controls risks, and implements corresponding solutions

Effectively coordinates with clients, partners, and internal team members to ensure successful completion of project requirements within the agreed budget and time frame
