Project Coordinator

Overview

Project Coordinator supports the end-to-end delivery of remote video monitoring deployments and related innovation initiatives by coordinating schedules, documentation, stakeholders, and project administration. The role supports internal operations teams, vendors, and third-party integrator partners to keep deployments moving efficiently, reduce friction in execution, and ensure accurate project records and handoffs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate installation schedules across clients, integrators, and internal teams; track dependencies and maintain accurate timelines.
• Maintain centralized project trackers (milestones, risks, blockers, decisions) and provide consistent status updates to the Project Manager.
• Organize project meetings, capture notes and action items, and follow up to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
