About the Role
Log and track RFIs, change request, and change orders.
DOCUMENT CONTROL & ADMINISTRATION
- Manage construction documents including drawings, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and permits.
- Maintain up-to-date project records and filing systems (digital and hard copy).
- Distribute revised plans, specifications, and notices to project stakeholders.
COMMUNICATION & COORDINATION
- Serve as a point of contract between project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
- Schedule site meetings, safety meetings, and inspections.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and action item lists.
COST TRACKING & PROCUREMENT SUPPORT
- Assist with budget tracking, cost reports, and job cost updates.
- Track purchase orders, subcontract agreements, and invoices.
- Support procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
