Job Overview
The Project Controls Analyst (PCA) will be primarily responsible for project schedules, cost baselines, tracking performance, and forecasting outcomes using project management tools. The role involves planning, budgeting, contracting, and other project management activities to establish and maintain schedules and budgets that support project activities.
Location: Fredericton, NB
Duration: 6 months
Hours: 40hrs/wk
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly cost and schedule reports (PBI) for investment governance.
- Identify errors or inconsistencies in cost and schedule data and coordinate corrections with the project team.
- Verify contractor progress claims against physical progress.
- Support risk management, change control, and stakeholder communication.
